Build Capacity Through Training
- Train policymakers and researchers on selection and use of the most appropriate survey and evaluation tools for their projects
- Provide seminars on survey and evaluation tools targeted for general, educational, or specific-area purposes
- Provide internship opportunities to help individual researchers improve their skills and increase their value to employers
