DFID India Projects to Be Evaluated by Westat

Westat India is pleased to announce its empanelment by the British Government's Department for International Development (DFID) for providing consultancy services for evaluating its projects in India for the period 2011 through 2015. DFID's stated goal for programme evaluation is "to determine relevance and fulfillment of objectives and assess developmental efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability."

DFID projects include schemes launched by the Government of India to improve health care, education, water supply, and basic housing for the poorest.
